Inner Space Work Agreement, Material, Product, and Service Retainer * Client receives design consulting, honesty, transparency, creativity, negotiation, and efficiency. * Client ‘s determine what their budget for material and product is per room. * Per budget approved, 4-6 equal payments are paid the date of commencement & every 3 wks until paid in full. * 1/2 of each of the 4-6 payments serve as a material and product retainer towards approved purchases. * The difference between retail price and design trade discount is split evenly with client, saving the client funds. * Any balance due is required for approved item’s within a day of approval, & is purchased, stock pending. Total for Initial Payment/1 of 4-6 equal payments serves as a material and product retainer. Payments are due no more than every 3 weeks, starting from the date of commencement. The retainer set by the client is owed every 3 weeks, unless client decides to have Inner Space purchase more material or product on their behalf. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Of that purchased and no longer needed will become a credit of equal amount and incur a 30% restocking fee for that no longer wanted item.
