Recommended Height: 102" overall based on an 108" ceiling height, allowing approximately 6" of installation clearance.
The armoire will be manufactured and shipped in three sections for ease of delivery and installation:
Separate Crown

Upper Cabinet

One pair of full-height doors
Interior includes:
(1) Hanging rod at the top
(5) Adjustable maple shelves below
Interior finished in Mariner Blue
Lower Cabinet
Height: 30"
(2) 14" Deep Full-extension drawers
Base
Constructed in Maple wood species.
Exterior: Mariner Blue
Upper cabinet interior: Mariner Blue
Back: Unfinished (piece is intended to be placed against a wall and is not designed to float within a room).
Doors: John Kobe 12" Door Pulls
Available in any standard Old Biscayne Designs metal finish.
Drawers: Voskamp Pulls
Available in Polished Nickel or Polished Brass.
Customer dimensions will be used as a guideline. Final construction dimensions and proportions will conform to Old Biscayne Designs' standards for design, structural integrity, and manufacturing.

One thing I would verify with Old Biscayne before production is the math:
Crown: 7"
Upper: 58"
Lower: 30"
Base: 7"
That totals 102", which is perfect. However, make sure the 58" upper height includes the cabinet box only and not the crown, so there isn't any confusion during production.
